For the case provided for in Art. 12.6 of Law 1733/1987 the discount percentage is 40% on the amount of the due annual fees for the two years of validity of the statement.

For the case provided for in Art. 22.6 of Law 1733/1987 a discount of 40% is allowed on the due annual fees for the protection of patents. The discount is good for the three years of protection of the patent(s) following the filing of a technology transfer agreement.

For the case of owner's consent in licensing a design or model provided for in Art. 19.3 of Presidential Decree 259/1997, the discount raises to 40% on the due fees good for the two years of validity of the statement. .
