Proprietors of European Patents wishing to protect their inventions in Greece should follow the procedure outlined below:

• Filing of the European Patent translation , at the offices of OBI.
• Granting of Certificate of European Patent Translation Filing

The rights provided by European Patents are acquired and remain in effect only where the relevant fees have been paid to OBI (the legislation provides that discounts on the fees owed may apply in some cases).
