In addition to OBI’s central technological information service, it also runs three Regional Electronic Libraries in Thessaloniki, Patras and Heraklion, Crete.

These Regional Electronic Libraries provide technological information from patents at Greek and International level and from the available CD-ROM collections. The information available at this level is adequate for one to obtain an initial overview of the level of technical knowledge existing.

For more detailed and extensive search, collaboration with OBI’s central library is required.

Moreover, interested parties can obtain information leaflets relating to OBI and the services it offers from these libraries as well as application forms for protection titles and can also apply for a pre-search to be carried out after filling in and filing a third party search application form.
