- European Patent Applications may be filed either with OBI at its seat in Athens or eventually at its branches. Divisional European applications shall exempt as they are to be directly filed with EPO.
- A European application must be filed with OBI in case the applicant is a Greek citizen and there is not claimed a priority based on an earlier Greek application.
