{"id":1633,"date":"2022-05-20T09:40:01","date_gmt":"2022-05-20T06:40:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/?page_id=1633"},"modified":"2023-03-28T13:52:12","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T10:52:12","slug":"intention","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/profile\/intention\/","title":{"rendered":"Intention"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">The Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI) was established in 1987 (Law 1733\/87) in order to contribute to the technological and industrial development of the country, providing important services in the field of the industrial property:<\/p>\n<p>In order to protect the inventions in Greece, OBI grants:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/euresitexnies\/katoxirosi-efeuresewn\/%ce%b4%ce%af%cf%80%ce%bb%cf%89%ce%bc%ce%b1-%ce%b5%cf%85%cf%81%ce%b5%cf%83%ce%b9%cf%84%ce%b5%cf%87%ce%bd%ce%af%ce%b1%cf%82\/\">Patents<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/euresitexnies\/katoxirosi-efeuresewn\/%cf%80%ce%b9%cf%83%cf%84%ce%bf%cf%80%ce%bf%ce%b9%ce%b7%cf%84%ce%b9%ce%ba%cf%8c-%cf%85%cf%80%ce%bf%ce%b4%ce%b5%ce%af%ce%b3%ce%bc%ce%b1%cf%84%ce%bf%cf%82-%cf%87%cf%81%ce%b7%cf%83%ce%b9%ce%bc%cf%8c%cf%84\/\">Utility Model Certificates<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/euresitexnies\/katoxirosi-efeuresewn\/%cf%80%ce%b9%cf%83%cf%84%ce%bf%cf%80%ce%bf%ce%b9%ce%b7%cf%84%ce%b9%ce%ba%cf%8c-%ce%ba%ce%b1%cf%84%ce%ac%ce%b8%ce%b5%cf%83%ce%b7%cf%82-%ce%bc%ce%b5%cf%84%ce%ac%cf%86%cf%81%ce%b1%cf%83%ce%b7%cf%82\/\">European Patent Translation Filing Certificates<\/a>\u00a0and other protection certificates.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">For the registration of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/biomixanika-sxedia\/\">Industrial Designs <\/a>and models in Greece, a relevant protection certificate is issued.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">OBI, also protects Trademarks.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">It also provides <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/texnologiki-pliroforisi\/\">technological information<\/a> from worldwide patent databases.<\/p>\n<p>Registers Technology Transfer Contracts.<\/p>\n<p>It provides advice and opinions to its audience, cooperates with similar and other organisations internationally, on issues of industrial property, publishes the Special Bulletin of Industrial Property and other newsletters.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/PROFILE_2014_LR_GR-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OBI presentation\u00a0(pdf form)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/album_web-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anniversary edition of OBI (The first Patents in Greece)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Protect your invention.
