The discount is good for the three years of protection of the patent(s) following the filing of a technology transfer agreement.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">For the case of owner\u2019s consent in licensing a design or model provided for in Art. 19.3 of Presidential Decree 259\/1997, the discount raises to 40% on the due fees good for the two years of validity of the statement.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the case provided for in Art. 12.6 of Law 1733\/1987 the discount percentage is 40% on the amount of the due annual fees for the two years of validity of the statement.
