What kind of information is contained in Patents?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical\/Scientific information on the pre-existing level of the technique.<\/li>\n<li>Bibliographical information, such as, for example, who is the owner or inventor of an invention.<\/li>\n<li>Legal information such as the term of force of a patent.<\/li>\n<li>Information of an economic-commercial character, such as, for example, research into the competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>3. What are the sources for the technical information of OBI?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The printed archive of OBI.<\/li>\n<li>The central computer system of OBI.<\/li>\n<li>Special data bases on Patents of the European Office.<\/li>\n<li>Special subscriber scientific data bases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>4. Where is the technological information supplied?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Technological information from published Patents is provided at the Office of OBI in Athens and through Internet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/\">www.obi.gr<\/a> . Technological Information from free databases can also be provided through the Regional Sub-Offices (Patent Libraries) of OBI in the following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/regional-sub-offices-libraries\/\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>5. How is technological information supplied?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Technological information is supplied by specialist personnel of OBI following the completion of a special application (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/\u0394\u03a5\u03a5-9_\u0395-1_\u0391\u0399\u03a4\u0397\u03a3\u0397-\u03a0\u03a1\u039f\u0395\u03a1\u0395\u03a5\u039d\u0391\u03a3-FINAL.pdf\">Pre-search form<\/a>) \u2013 which is available on the Organisation\u2019s web page.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>6. What is the search fee for technological information from Patents?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>The third-party search fee amounts to 60 euros for results up to 60 records\/industrial property titles (titles). For records, in case of need, above 60 records\/titles, there will be a charge of 2 euros for every extra record\/title.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>7. What does\u00a0<\/strong><strong>a\u00a0<\/strong><strong>technological information from Patents search provide?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>The results of a technological information search include bibliographical data and summaries of Patents acquired, and, where necessary, a typical design.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
