On the first day, the following presentations were thoroughly discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>National Trademark Application (G. Kefalogiannis, OBI)<\/li>\n<li>Absolute Grounds for Rejection (D. Yagtzidis, OBI)<\/li>\n<li>Trademark Availability Check \u2013 TMView (S. Saki, OBI)<\/li>\n<li>Examination of Admissibility and Grounds for Legal Remedies (oppositions, appeals, requests for revocation, and annulment requests) during the Trademark Committee session (Anastasios Rallis, State legal Advisor, President of the Trademark Committee)<\/li>\n<li>Procedural Law \u2013 Trademark Law (E. Chatzikos, President of First Instance Court)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On Saturday, March 18, 2023, attendees had the opportunity to participate in unique and specialized presentations and engage with all the invited speakers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risk of Confusion and Trademark Infringement (I.E. Venieris, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Athens)<\/li>\n<li>Practical Advice for Filing an EU Trademark (B. Davilla, Lawyer, Stavroula Politi, Lawyer)<\/li>\n<li>Proof of Trademark Use (M. Kilimiri, Lawyer)<\/li>\n<li>Problematic Arguments in Opposition Cases (S. Tsimikalis, Lawyer)<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Handling of Trademark Infringement (A.E.
