{"id":18074,"date":"2023-06-15T16:39:35","date_gmt":"2023-06-15T13:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/?p=18074"},"modified":"2025-02-10T16:44:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T14:44:29","slug":"training-program-on-trademarks-and-designs-by-euipo-european-union-intellectual-property-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/training-program-on-trademarks-and-designs-by-euipo-european-union-intellectual-property-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Training Program on Trademarks and Designs by EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to inform you that the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has created a training program on Trademarks and Designs, aimed at IP professionals from the legal field (&#8220;ETMD EP&#8221;) and has issued a call for expression of interest to participate in it.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0ETMD EP\u00a0is designed to provide comprehensive training to Intellectual Property professionals, enabling them to better support EU businesses and strengthen the trademark and design registration systems managed by EUIPO.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2023-2024 period, EUIPO offers two directions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ETMD EP for Legal Service Assistants<\/li>\n<li>ETMD EP for Legal Professionals in the IP Field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested parties can apply to participate either in the full training program on\u00a0Trademarks &amp; Designs\u00a0or individually, i.e., only for the training package on\u00a0Trademarks\u00a0or only for the training package on Designs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timeline:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Program is expected to start after the summer holidays.<\/p>\n<p>Application period:\u00a0<strong>June 1, 2023 \u2013 June 30, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Start of the Training Program:\u00a0<strong>October 5, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Final exams:\u00a0<strong>June 14, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These training programs are specifically tailored for participants from private companies or law firms.
