{"id":18554,"date":"2025-04-01T18:18:18","date_gmt":"2025-04-01T15:18:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/?p=18554"},"modified":"2025-04-01T18:19:00","modified_gmt":"2025-04-01T15:19:00","slug":"master-program-in-intellectual-property-chinese-government-scholarship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/en\/master-program-in-intellectual-property-chinese-government-scholarship\/","title":{"rendered":"Master&#8217;s Program in Intellectual Property \u2013 Chinese Government Scholarship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in cooperation with the China Scholarship Council (CSC) is offering the 2025 master\u2019s program in Intellectual Property Law (Belt and Road Master Program on Intellectual Property &#8211; BRIPC).<\/p>\n<p>The program lasts two years and includes one year of academic studies in China at either <strong>Zhongnan University of Economics and Law<\/strong>, <strong>Tongji University<\/strong> or <strong>Nanjing University of Science and Technology<\/strong>, followed by one year in the candidate&#8217;s home country for the completion of the thesis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It is addressed to employees of national intellectual property offices\/services, lawyers and professionals with two years of experience in intellectual property matters and is conducted in English.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Chinese Government (China Scholarship Council) provides a scholarship for the program, covering tuition fees, accommodation expenses, monthly allowance and health care during the first year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested candidates must submit their application to the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, a Committee of the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation will evaluate the applications in order to propose <strong>2 candidates<\/strong> to the Chinese Intellectual Property Office (CNIPA) <strong>for the program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>More information about the program, the application and participation requirements as well as other required documents are included in Appendices 1-5.<\/p>\n<p>APPENDICES:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>APPENDIX 1: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Annex-1.doc\">General Introduction to the Belt and Road Master Program on IP<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0APPENDIX 2: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Annex-2.doc\">Application Form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0APPENDIX 3: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Annex-3.pdf\">Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship<\/a><\/li>\n<li>APPENDIX 4: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Annex-4.pdf\">Foreigner Physical Examination Form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0APPENDIX 5: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obi.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Annex-5.doc\">Introduction to the Collaborative Universities<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: #404040;\">Interested parties are invited to send the application and supporting documents by email to\u00a0<a style=\"color: rgb(var(--ds-rgb-link)); transition: box-shadow var(--ds-transition-duration)var(--ds-ease-in-out); border-radius: calc(var(--ds-md-zoom)*6px); border: rgba(var(--ds-rgba-transparent));\" href=\"https:\/\/mailto:zsak@obi.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">zsak@obi.gr<\/span><\/a>\u00a0as well as submit or mail the original documents in a sealed envelope marked &#8220;CNIPA Master\u2019s Program&#8221; to the Protocol of the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation, 5 Yianni Stavroulaki Street, 151 25 Paradisos Amarousiou, no later than <b>Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 1:00 pm<\/b>.
