The Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI), the competent authority in Greece for the protection of inventions, trademarks, and industrial designs, is once again participating in the international BEYOND 2026 Digital Technology and Innovation Exhibition, which will take place at the Metropolitan Expo Exhibition Centre from 17 to 19 June 2026.
As part of BEYOND, OBI is organizing a workshop on Thursday, 18 June, from 15:00 to 16:30, in Room C2, entitled:
“Scenario-Driven Innovation Lab: Designing Climate-Responsive and Resilient Technology Futures.”
The workshop is based on the presentation of the key findings of OBI’s foresight study, “Technology Foresight on the Adaptation of Public Infrastructure and Services to Climate Change by 2050 through Mitigation and Adaptation Measures.”
The objective of the workshop is to bring together representatives of the so-called Quadruple Helix—public administration, academia, industry, and civil society—in an interactive process aimed at moving from inventive activity and emerging technological trends to practical strategies, fostering the convergence of policy, technology, and market needs.
