The Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI) announces and launches today, April 3, 2026, the Exercise “Public Infrastructure 2050 | Technological Foresight for Climate Resilience,” aiming to support the country’s long-term planning for public infrastructure (both built and natural) and services capable of responding to climate challenges with a horizon to 2050.
The Exercise utilizes the methodology of Technology Foresight, a structured process that examines technological trends and prospects in a timely manner and contributes to the development of scenarios and priorities for informed decision-making today.
The participation of stakeholders from the Quadruple Helix (public governance bodies, the academic and research community, the market and business sector (industry), civil society, and the public) is particularly important. It enhances the quality and usability of the results, ensuring that scenarios and priorities are based on real needs and technological trends.
